Former bull rider, Bud Force and former working cowboy, John Langmore connected with us to discuss their directorial feature film debut documenting modern day big outfit cowboys on eight of the nation's largest ranches. Familiar with our branding work for outdoor related clients, they hired us as consultants and creative marketing partners. Along with providing feedback during the film's editorial we created promotional pieces to be used during the all-important film festival circuit. We developed posters, print, giveaways, event displays, web and social platform design, and even manufactured limited-edition bottles of Rattler Venom whiskey. In their debut release, Cowboys received the coveted Audience Award at the Austin Film Festival beginning a streak that would carry on for months at festivals across the country. The film also reached the number two position for multiple weeks on Apple iTunes Top Documentary list. We tip our hats to all those who wear them for a living.
